Be Resilient is a 13-week program from start to finish. There is onboarding the first week you join to learn where everything is and how to use it. Then the 12-week course starts after that week.
If you’ve tried everything else without addressing your stress response system and building resilience to stress, this program will work for you. Addressing the HPA-axis and stress response is the missing key in so many health programs out there.
It will take a total of 13 continual weeks to complete the program successfully.
Most programs will have a cold-turkey approach to diet and lifestyle changes. Often this causes people to give up sooner or not stay with it in the long run. We take bite-sized actionable steps to slowly acclimate our clients to these changes. It takes the scary and overwhelming out of it. It’s not just about the diet and toxins though! We put a heavy emphasis on supporting the stress response in the body in supporting the HPA-axis.
